- put a handful Müesli-Mix (here self-made with oatmeal, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, nuts, etc.) in a bowl
- as much Milk and a bit more (oat Milk in my case)
- a spoonful quark/jogurt
- slice some fruits to taste (here nectarine & apple)
- add some Müesli on top for the crunchy
- then the berries if you have (currant is right? Johannisbeere)
About 5 minutes of effort daily And maybe 15 all 2 months to mix the Müesli.
I like to add some salt and cinnamon. But maple syrup fits too.
